1)** All equipment reservation is first come, first serve bases with catering booking status.
If the Booking is not completed(signed), then Equipment is not considered to be reserved.

2)** Some of the equipment setup requires longer setup time. For testing purposes, please arrive 30min before the starting time.
3)** All Projector standard connection is HDMI.  We provide HDMI cable but ideal to bring your adapters and converters for your mobile device.
4)** Projector Screens we use are widescreen.
